TikTok
TikTok is an app for making and sharing short videos. By swiping left and right, the user can edit a video and post it to the app. It also offers pre-made themes and custom themes that can be created within the app. TikTok gives the option of uploading videos from one’s camera roll.
The app doesn’t currently allow users to upload longer videos, though creators can toggle between the traditional and new formats, and decide which types of content they want to prioritize.
The app is owned by Chinese company Byte Dance and the app is available to download for both Android and iOS devices
