This page contains a one-stop-shop for online meetings, video conferencing, and webinars.
At first glance, Zoho appeared to be geared toward webinars and presentations. However, upon closer examination of its features, I discovered that it is capable of much more.
One of the best features is that, even if they have a desktop app, you can join meetings directly from your browser with a few clicks. That is not all. Additionally, you can download the Zoho app for Android or iOS devices or use their Chrome and Firefox browser extensions. (I know, there are so many possibilities!)
Additionally, Zoho Meeting includes RSVP and reminders, private meetings, admin control, meeting scheduling and calendar syncing, and analytics. It even includes the “raise hand” and “allow to speak” functions.
In terms of features and capabilities, Zoho Meeting easily competes with Zoom.
However, it may not be the best option for businesses looking to host a group video conference with more than 250 participants, as this is the maximum number allowed.
