The Encore ESP is Baratza's espresso-focused version of its long-running Encore burr grinder. It keeps the simple, serviceable design of the original but retunes the burr geometry and grind steps for the fine end of the range, where espresso lives and where most budget grinders lose resolution. Adjustment is made by turning the hopper, and the grinder ships with a dosing cup that fits under the chute so ground coffee lands in one place before it goes into a portafilter. It still covers filter and press grinds, which makes it a reasonable single grinder for someone brewing both espresso and pour-over. The Ninja Air Fryer Max XL uses rapid hot air circulation to crisp food with up to 75% less fat than traditional deep frying, while a 5.5-quart capacity accommodates family-sized portions of fries, wings, or a whole chicken. A Max Crisp technology setting reaches higher temperatures for extra-crispy results comparable to deep frying, and a wide temperature range allows both air frying and dehydrating in the same unit. The non-stick, dishwasher-safe basket and crisper plate simplify cleanup, while an easy-to-read digital display with preset cooking programs takes the guesswork out of common dishes.
