Overview
Description

Domo is a cloud-based business intelligence and data platform that connects over 1,000 data sources, prepares and governs that data, and turns it into real-time dashboards, reports, and custom or pre-built AI agents such as HR benefits, competitive research, and customer support agents. It integrates with major cloud and data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, and Salesforce. Domo moved to a consumption-based credit pricing model rather than flat public tiers, with published third-party data showing median enterprise contracts in the tens of thousands of dollars per year; pricing is quoted directly by Domo based on usage and user types (Privileged, Participant, Social). It is built for mid-market to large enterprises that need governed, embeddable analytics and are starting to layer AI agents on top of their BI data.

Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product developed by Atlassian that allows bug tracking and agile project management.
