Mealie is an open-source, self-hosted recipe management application designed to make organizing and sharing a household's recipe collection easy. It runs via Docker with either SQLite or PostgreSQL as the backing database.

SideChef offers a library of over 18,000 recipes with guided, step-by-step cooking instructions, filterable by diet, cuisine, and meal type. It integrates grocery shopping so users can turn any recipe's ingredient list into an order, and includes a virtual pantry and meal planning tools to manage what to cook and buy.
