Overview
Description

Pathologic is a Russian survival‑horror RPG set in a remote steppe town besieged by a deadly sand plague. Players experience the 12‑day catastrophe from the viewpoints of three outsiders—the Bachelor, the Haruspex, and the Changeling—each offering a unique lens on the collapsing society. The game forces you to juggle scarce resources, manage a volatile economy, and make tough moral choices as the town’s social order unravels. The world is filled with anatomically named districts, an impossible Polyhedron fortress, and a foreboding Abattoir mountain. Quests reset at midnight, and incomplete tasks vanish, adding relentless pressure to uncover secrets before time runs out, while the narrative deepens with each character’s personal story.

Surrounded by enemies and assaulted by terror from all sides, Philip must collect clues and solve vexing puzzles while combating the gnawing psychological terrors that assail his mind and threaten to strip him of his sanity. Trapped in a shadowy, underground complex, the intrepid explorer is determined to discover the truth behind his father's disappearance. Can Philip master his fear and finally uncover the truth behind a mystery that has haunted him for a lifetime? Face terrifying creatures, hide in the shadows, and piece together the dark secrets hidden deep beneath the earth in this acclaimed survival horror experience.
