Overview
Description

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a story-driven open-world RPG in which you play Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter searching for his adopted daughter. It is celebrated for its mature writing, meaningful side quests, and a massive, hand-crafted world.

Set in 1878, after the fall of the Tokugawa shogunate, you play a wandering ronin drawn into a power struggle between the Kurofu family and the Akadama Clan over an iron foundry. Your choices—deception, betrayal, or combat—determine which faction rises and who survives the turbulent Meiji Restoration. Explore a sandbox town, wield dozens of swords each with unique styles, and experience multiple endings based on the alliances you forge and the battles you fight.
