Overview
Description

Set in ancient Greece, this 1988 beat 'em up follows a Roman centurion revived by Zeus to rescue his daughter Athena from the demon Neff. Collect three power‑ups per level to transform into one of five mythical beasts and smash through hordes of undead and monsters. Now available on Android and iOS, the game retains its classic arcade feel with single‑player, co‑operative and split‑screen modes, letting players experience the retro action on modern devices.

Golden Axe: Beast Rider brings the classic hack‑and‑slash series into a fully 3D world, letting players mount fantasy beasts and unleash magical attacks. The game shifts from side‑scrolling to a third‑person perspective while keeping the series’ signature combat and spell system. Players embark on a quest to defeat the evil Death Adder, battling through fantasy realms on foot or atop powerful creatures. The single‑player experience blends action, exploration, and beast‑riding mechanics for fans of the original titles.
