Overview
Description

Box is a cloud content-management platform focused on enterprise security, compliance, and workflow, rather than just consumer file sync. It emphasizes governance, permissions, and integrations for business.

Czkawka is a free, open-source, cross-platform tool that finds duplicate files using content hashing rather than filenames or sizes alone, and goes further by detecting visually similar images, similar audio, broken or corrupted files, empty folders, and unusually large files. Built in Rust, it uses CPU-efficient multithreading to scan large drives quickly. It offers both a GUI, via the newer Krokiet frontend, and a command-line interface for automation, runs entirely offline with no telemetry, and supports batch actions to move, delete, or symlink duplicates once reviewed.

Great cloud-storage

We rolled out Box last quarter. Strong enterprise security. Minor gripe: overkill for individuals. Would recommend.
