AI extracts the receipt data, codes the expense, and reconciles it against real-time card feeds from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, without requiring a new corporate card program. The platform syncs approved expenses to accounting systems including QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Sage Intacct, Sage 300 CRE, and Sage 50, and supports multi-level approval workflows, mileage and per-diem tracking, and ACH reimbursement for US employees. It is used across construction, nonprofit, professional services, healthcare, and technology organizations.
