Quest for the Shaven Yak Starring Ren Hoëk and Stimpy vs The Ren & Stimpy Show: Time Warp

Quest for the Shaven Yak Starring Ren Hoëk and Stimpy is a retro 2D platformer that puts players in the chaotic world of the beloved cartoon duo. Developed by Realtime Associates and published by Sega of America and Tec Toy, the game launched in South America at the end of 1993, delivering pixel‑perfect side‑scrolling action on early PC hardware. Players navigate colorful, hand‑drawn levels filled with traps, enemies, and hidden collectibles while chasing the elusive shaven yak. The game’s quirky humor and challenging platforming make it a nostalgic gem for fans of classic 90s titles.

In this quirky side‑scrolling platformer, players guide Ren and Stimpy across five wildly themed stages—from a backyard to a haunted house—using absurd weapons like beaver saws and watermelon bows. Between levels, pilot a spaceship through time portals, battling enemies and collecting money symbols for points. The game blends classic platform action with comedic obstacles such as the Crockostimpy and Happy Helmet, while offering health power‑ups and the iconic voice work of Billy West. Developed by Sculptured Software and published by THQ, it delivers a single‑player, science‑fiction comedy adventure rated T for teens.
