Overview
Description

Breezy HR is a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps growing companies advertise open roles, screen candidates, and manage the interview process in one pipeline. It distributes job postings to 50+ job boards at once, offers automated candidate screening and email workflows, branded career sites, and drag-and-drop interview scheduling, and reports being used by over 17,000 companies. Beyond core ATS functionality, Breezy HR adds features like offer management, background check and assessment integrations, hiring analytics, and mobile apps for iOS and Android so hiring teams can review candidates on the go. A separate product, Breezy Perform, extends the platform into performance management.

Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product developed by Atlassian that allows bug tracking and agile project management.
