Overview
Description

Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product developed by Atlassian that allows bug tracking and agile project management.

Workable is a talent management platform combining applicant tracking, recruiting automation, and core HR functions in one system. Its AI agent continuously searches a database of over 400 million candidate profiles, sends personalized outreach, and screens applicants through conversational gap-filling, then ranks and auto-advances strong fits with transparent reasoning. Beyond hiring, Workable includes an HR information system covering onboarding, time-off management, performance reviews, and employee records, and distributes job postings to more than 200 job boards and social platforms simultaneously. It is used by tens of thousands of companies to run both recruiting and day-to-day HR operations from a single platform.
